The 313 is the most popular register that National ever built. It has been restored, highly polished & clear coated, key arms & counter cover nickel plated, new key checks & rings, indicators have been painted & lettered, new marble, repro top sign & the base & drawer have been refinished.
It has the original delivery ticket under the drawer. The insides have also been rebuilt. I had to replace the key arms as the old ones were too pitted to use. The replacements are the same but a few of them operate a little hard. It still is a great display piece & can be used knowing the slight problem.
