It has been restored inside and out. The only thing that keeps it from being a grade #1 is that the key arms were painted instead of nickel plated. It has an original top sign which is unique. Most of the small machines had the "Amount Purchased" on 2 lines. This is on one line like the larger machines. The yellow brass has some darkened spots that give it an antique look. The 313 is of course the most widely collected machine from NCR.
